MINOR STUDENT CONSENT

What you’re agreeing to

Initial commitment: a new membership begins with two consecutive monthly service periods at $210 each, for a $420 minimum initial commitment billed monthly. You may send cancellation notice during the initial commitment, but the second monthly payment remains part of the commitment. After the first two paid monthly service periods, the membership renews month to month and future renewals may be canceled by emailing help@checkmatecollege.com before the next billing date. Cancellation does not retroactively refund a service period already billed or begun, except where required by law or agreed in writing.

IMPORTANT LEGAL PROTECTIONS

The full agreement includes a release of certain claims based on ordinary negligence and a limit on Checkmate College’s total liability. These provisions do not apply to gross negligence, intentional misconduct, fraud, or liability that cannot legally be limited.
